This Rose we made by doing a whole cluster press of a blend of our Testa Red wine grapes - we blended Primativo, Barbera, Carignane & Petite Sirah

We fermented dry in stainless on native yeast

Then aged just over a month in neutral oak barrel until we bottled it in November 2022

It turned out so beautiful.  This wine is dry and balanced with great mouth feel.  It accompanies all of your summer snacks and meals perfectly.
